Each section has a recommended percentage of the total video duration. The tool calculates a target word count for each section based on the overall target duration and shows how close you are (e.g. "120w / 150w (80%)"), so you can balance your script across sections.

How is the estimated duration calculated?

The tool uses an average speaking pace of 150 words per minute. The progress bar shows how close your total script is to the target duration so you can trim or expand before recording.
