What is the difference between a macOS frame and a browser frame?

A macOS frame adds the traffic-light buttons and reads as a desktop app. A browser frame adds those buttons plus a URL bar, which is the right look for a website, dashboard, or web app.

Can I add a background behind the window?

Yes. The Background tab has macOS wallpapers, gradients, and solid colors. A gradient-only version with no window chrome is on the Screenshot Background Generator.

Is the screenshot uploaded?
