How to loop a video
Drop the clip
MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, or WebM. A few seconds is enough for a background.
Choose the repeats
2× to 20×. The new length is the clip length times that number.
Download the MP4
Play it on the page, then download. Turn off the audio if the loop should be silent.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I loop a video?
Drop the clip in, choose how many times it should play (3× is the default), and download the MP4. The repeats are one file, played back to back.
Can I make a silent background loop?
Yes. Turn on Remove the audio before you export. The picture repeats and the sound is left out, which is what a website background usually wants.
Will this re-encode my video?
The picture is copied when the file can be repeated that way. If it cannot, the video is re-encoded. A silent export always drops the audio track.
Is the file uploaded?
No. FFmpeg runs in your browser. The video stays on your device.
